Hi I’m Chloe. My yoga journey began in 2013, I was struggling mentally when a friend suggested a local class. I started going weekly and quickly witnessed the benefits. Yoga grounded me, slowed me down and brought me peace.

Years later I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with a school in Rishikesh, India - it changed my life. 

Today I advocate yoga for mental health and wellbeing. I believe yoga heals and that is why I teach. I weave this idea into my classes through fun, playful flows (that feature modifications aplenty), healing pranayama, guided meditation and generous Savasana.


I thank yoga for all it has done for me. It has enriched my human experience and I believe we all deserve that. If there is a chance I can provide that same feeling - that same yoga high - or moment of clarity for another, then I have fulfilled my purpose.
