London-based yoga teacher, Chloë Jay advocates yoga for mental health and wellbeing.

Having found yoga during a time when she really needed it 11 years ago, she's passionate about helping others unlock yoga's many benefits, both physically and mentally.

​

Chloë Jay has taken part in multiple trainings including Vinyasa, Rocket and Yin and believes in creating a safe, inclusive, but playful space for her students.

​

Expect fun flows, breathwork, mindfulness, modifications and generous savanas in her classes.
